Graystone Eye & Ambulatory Surgery Center

Design/build construction of 2-story, 51,108 SF ophthalmology office in 2008. A 43,685 SF addition in 2019 consisted of administration offices, exam rooms, minor procedure rooms, and an aesthetic clinic. The addition allowed renovations to the existing locker rooms and space to add two procedure rooms, pre-op & post-op areas, and expansion to the waiting/check-in area of the ambulatory surgery center.
