Redden's Tavern Renovation, Previously Duffy's Tavern

Complete demolition of the existing dining space and bar. The renovated space is approximately 3,600 sq.ft.: We completed new wall framing, new casework/countertops at the bar & Buffet Area, New flooring throughout, new ceilings, base molding/trim. We also installed new flooring and doors throughout. We removed an existing concrete patio, installed stormwater infrastructure, new pavers, reworked the parking lot & sidewalks for ADA compliance, relocated the existing pool entrance and poured new sidewalk leading to it for ADA compliance, Installed a new radiused awning.
