There will be 113 underground secured tenant parking spaces below the new precast deck. 95 apartments (1 -bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and loft) with well-appointed floor plans, kitchens with stainless appliances, plank flooring, 9-foot ceilings, and outdoor balconies. The project features 3 retail spaces as well as restaurant space on the 2nd level with an open paver courtyard for use by the community or residents. Also included are a 5th floor Amenity Terrace, Resident fitness and yoga rooms, a clubhouse area and a lounge for resident use.
